We set up your company
Talk to us. We create your company's account and walk you through the first steps.

Invite your office team
Each person gets their own sign-in with two-step verification, and a role: owner, dispatcher, billing, or view only. Running more than one location? One sign-in covers them.

Add your clients and contracts
The schools and districts you serve, with their contracts and rates. Start from an estimate if you're quoting new work.

Add your students
Home address, school, date of birth and guardian contacts, or import the roster spreadsheet the school sends you.

Add drivers, attendants and vehicles
Add a driver's name and phone and send them the app. They register themselves; you review and approve. Add vehicles by plate or VIN.

Build your routes
From an accepted estimate, an imported route sheet, or the route builder, with times and distances on real roads.

Go live
Runs appear on Today's Runs each operating day. Drivers check in, and you watch them move on the map.

Cover a call-out
A driver calls in sick: hand the run to someone else, or move its stops onto another run.
Not riding today
A parent calls to say their child stays home. Mark it, and the stop drops off the driver's list.

Route Runs shows what happened on each run. Settle it, or correct it when something was missed.
Driver files
Review each registration, approve it or ask for changes, and keep documents with their expiry dates.
